1. How do I make changes to my registration?

Players may purchase additional Weekend game passes at check-in ($10 adults, $5 children).

To increase the number of tickets for the luncheon or brunch, or the number and size of tee shirts, email:

2. What items are included in the player's packet?

Each alum will be given a packet upon check-in. Included in the packet will be:

     • player's name tag
     • complimentary tee shirt for player
     • reunion program booklet
     • door prize ticket
     • player's luncheon ticket
     • player's brunch ticket
     • weekend game passes for guests
     • luncheon tickets for guests
     • brunch name tags for guests
     • tee shirts purchased by player for guests
     • goodies
     • form to fill in email or snail mail address to receive all-team photo
 
3. What events can fans attend?

Fans can attend:

     • Brakettes doubleheaders July 8, 9 and10
     • Meet and Greet sessions
     • Homerun Derby between games Friday night
     • Ceremony Saturday night
     • Alumnae Game between games Saturday night

The only events that fans cannot attend are the luncheon, the all-team photo shoot, and the brunch.

The all-team photo shoot will be restricted to players only. Family, personal guests and fans will not be allowed on the grounds until the photo has been taken. Thank you for understanding that this will make the taking of the picture run smoothly and allow us to get an accurate listing of names for a photo caption.

4. What events can players' guests attend?

Players' guests may attend all events listed for fans above, plus the luncheon and/or brunch if they are signed up prior to the event. Last minute changes can be made, but we encourage players to register their guests in advance to help us plan for adequate amounts of food. Tickets for guests (weekend passes, luncheon, brunch) will be given to players in their registration packet.

5. Is there a charge for the Sunday brunch for players' guests?

No. The brunch is free to players and their guests. There will be a name tag issued for each guest. The name tags will be included in the player's packet. Players needing to make adjustments in numbers attending can email:

6. How much are Alumnae Weekend game passes for guests?

Weekend game passes are available for players to purchase for their guests at $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. This will get guests into the bleachers in the section reserved for players and guests on the first base and third base sides. Reserved (Red) and Box (Blue) seats will be sold at their regular price of $6 and $8 per date respectively.

If a player's guest will be attending only one day, the guest can purchase the daily ticket, get it stamped at the player check-in and be admitted to the section reserved for players and guests.

7. How much are Alumnae Weekend tickets for fans?

Regular price of $5, $6 and $8. The Alumnae Weekend games are covered by the Booster Club Card.

8. How can we get a copy of the All-Team Photo?

A copy of the all-team photo will be emailed or mailed to all players at no cost.

The all-team photo will be taken on Saturday, July 9th at 4:00. Family and friends will be asked to wait with fans until the gates open at 4:30.

Fans and guests can order the photo at the Souvenir Stand any time during the Weekend. Payment is requested in advance. The photo is $5.00 if emailed and $8.00 if snail mailed.

9. How can fans get a reunion tee shirt?

There is a limited number of reunion tee shirts. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase shirts once players and paid guests have theirs.
